The Huseyin Tunc Memorial Fund

Huseyin C.Tunc, beloved husband to Pinar and dear father to Melike and Zeynep, pharmacist, entrepreneur and co-owner of Kensington Pharmacy passed away on April 30th, 2016 after a courageous fight against colon cancer.

Huseyin believed in the importance of being a mentor.

Pinar, along with his two daughters have established the Huseyin Tunc Memorial Fund in order to keep his kind and generous spirit alive. In addition to providing financial support to students, this fund also aids those causes close to his heart.

We are proud to announce that the Huseyin Tunc memorial fund is up and running. your donations have already found their way to those that need it the most. with your generosity, we donated to the American red cross to help refugees in war-torn Syria and to the bridge to Turkiye fund, a us-based non-profit organization that helps needy children in turkey gain access to the nutritious meals and groceries.

our next project includes working with both his alma mater, the University of Maryland school of pharmacy in the form of a scholarship and his high school, Antalya Lisesi, in his hometown of Antalya, turkey. we hope to provide these students aid in the form of educational equipment such as computers.
